Are you planning on building near the coast? Public Entity Bonaire requires a building permit to be awarded before construction can begin. More information about this process is available on the OLB website.

Additional requirements will apply if you are building within the highwater mark of the Marine Park. If you are unsure about whether or not this applies to your project, you can contact Kadaster to have it officially measured.
